Genitech provides digital solutions including business websites, e-commerce stores, landing pages, portfolio websites, branding, graphic design, UI/UX design, SEO, social media marketing, and related digital services.
Project requirements, features, timelines, and deliverables will be finalized before work begins. Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may require extra charges and revised timelines.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, content, images, branding materials, approvals, and feedback required for successful project completion.
Delays in providing required materials or approvals may result in project timeline extensions for which Genitech shall not be held responsible.
Projects generally require an advance payment before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid according to agreed milestones or before final project delivery.
Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of services, delayed delivery, withholding of project files, or temporary restriction of website access until outstanding dues are cleared.
Genitech provides revisions according to the selected service package. Reasonable revisions are included during the design and development process.
Major changes, repeated revisions, additional features, or modifications requested after approval may be considered additional work and billed separately.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved website, design, or deliverable will be transferred to the client unless otherwise stated in writing.
Genitech retains the right to showcase completed projects, designs, and websites in its portfolio, social media channels, case studies, and promotional materials.
Clients are responsible for domain renewals, hosting services, SSL certificates, software licenses, plugins, APIs, and third-party subscriptions unless covered under a separate maintenance agreement.
Genitech is not responsible for downtime, data loss, security incidents, or interruptions caused by hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, or third-party services.
While Genitech strives to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted website performance, search engine rankings, traffic growth, or specific business outcomes.
Genitech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, websites, marketing campaigns, or third-party platforms.
We respect the confidentiality of client information and will take reasonable measures to protect project-related data, business information, and sensitive materials shared during collaboration.
Confidential information will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties except where required by law or necessary for service delivery.
Either party may terminate a project through written notice. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
Advance payments are generally non-refundable once project planning, design, development, or marketing activities have commenced.
Genitech reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on this page.
