Since these services involve time, expertise, planning, research, and resource allocation, refunds cannot be guaranteed once work has commenced.
All advance payments made for projects are generally non-refundable. Project planning, resource allocation, consultation, design, and development activities begin immediately after project confirmation.
The advance payment secures project scheduling and covers initial work performed by our team.
Refund requests may be considered only if the project has not yet started and no substantial work has been performed by Genitech.
Any approved refund will be processed after deducting consultation charges, administrative costs, payment gateway fees, and work already completed.
Refunds will not be provided for completed design work, approved concepts, website development milestones, digital marketing services, SEO activities, branding projects, maintenance services, or delivered digital assets.
Services involving third-party expenses such as domain registration, hosting purchases, software licenses, plugins, APIs, advertising budgets, or subscription fees are strictly non-refundable.
If a client fails to provide required content, approvals, feedback, or communication for an extended period, the project may be placed on hold.
No refund will be issued for delays, inactivity, or project abandonment caused by the client after work has begun.

Genitech is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through communication and mutual understanding before pursuing formal action.
Any refund-related decisions made by Genitech after reviewing project records, communications, and completed work shall be considered final.
