Please review our cancellation policy to understand the terms related to project and service cancellations.
At Genitech, we value transparency and professionalism in every project. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which services, projects, or agreements may be canceled by either the client or Genitech.
By engaging our services, including website development, e-commerce solutions, branding, graphic design, UI/UX design, SEO, digital marketing, and maintenance services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Clients may request cancellation of a project or service by submitting a written request through email or another official communication channel recognized by Genitech.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the project status, completed work, allocated resources, and contractual obligations at the time of the request.
If a cancellation request is received before any project planning, consultation, design, development, or marketing activities have started, Genitech may consider the request for review.
Administrative fees, consultation charges, payment gateway fees, and other applicable expenses may still be deducted where necessary.
Once project work has begun, including planning, design, development, research, content preparation, SEO implementation, or marketing activities, cancellation may result in charges for completed work and utilized resources.
Any outstanding payments for completed milestones or approved deliverables must be cleared before project closure.
Monthly or recurring services such as SEO, digital marketing, website maintenance, hosting management, and support plans may be canceled by providing advance notice before the next billing cycle.
Charges for services already rendered during the active billing period remain payable and are not eligible for cancellation.
If a client fails to provide required content, approvals, feedback, or communication for an extended period, the project may be placed on hold at Genitech's discretion.
Extended inactivity may result in project closure, additional restart fees, revised timelines, or cancellation of the engagement.
Genitech reserves the right to cancel or terminate a project if the client violates agreed terms, engages in unlawful activities, provides misleading information, or fails to meet payment obligations.
In such cases, completed work and incurred expenses will be calculated and billed accordingly before project termination.
Upon cancellation, clients may receive deliverables completed and approved up to the cancellation date, provided all outstanding payments have been cleared.
Unpaid work, source files, design assets, code repositories, and proprietary materials may remain the property of Genitech until full payment is received.
Cancellation of a project does not automatically qualify for a refund. Any refund request will be evaluated in accordance with Genitech's Refund Policy.
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting charges for completed work, consultations, third-party expenses, and administrative costs.
Genitech reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on this page.
By purchasing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.
